Ingredients
2 cup Blackberries0.75 cup Chopped Onions0.5 cup Chopped Pecans2.5 cups Red Wine4 servings Whole Wheat Penne Pasta1 Red Apple1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegarette Dressing
Directions
Cook penne as indicated on package. Peel and chop apple, and boil it in red wine. Add onion, half pecans, and half balsamic vinegarette. Toss together red wine mixture, pasta, and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Serving Size: Makes 5 bowls
