4 serving Dole Light Canned Apricots (by DIRKFOUR4) .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Cardamom, ground .5 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1)
Drain apricot liquid into a saucepan.
Dice apricot halves or slices, add to saucepan along with the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot or cold
