Skinny Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .50 tsp Cinnamon, ground .50 cup Oats, Quaker 1 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories 1 tbsp Honey .50 cup Blueberries, fresh .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1. Combine all the ingredientsexcept blueberries, honey and water in a blender or food processor and blend.
2. Drop by 1/4 cup onto a hot, greased skillet. Cook on each side until lightly brown on each side. Makes about 8-10 pancakes.
3. Blend blueberries with water and honey to create a sauce. Keep blending until it reaches desired thickness.
4. Top your pancakes with a spoonful of blueberry sauce. Drizzle with more honey if desired.
