Ingredients
1 Egg1lb Chicken Breast0.5 Cup Bread Crumbs2.75oz Mozzarella Cheese0.25 Cup Grated Parmesan
Directions
Beat the egg in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine parmesan and bread crumbs. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 until chicken is done.
