Soy Flour Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can Pink Salmon1/2 c. onions, chopped1 tsp. garlic powder1 small egg1/2 c. soy flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form 8 patties and cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray until brown.

    Wow, this works so well with soya flour. I substituted fish sticks and spring onions and added some herbs. I wouldn't be surprised to be served this in a restaurant, thanks for the recipe.
    Cooking time was in the region of 5 minutes, turning once and they are nice on their own or with spring greens - 1/4/14
