Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything but the chocolate chunks and nuts in a high speed blender. Stir in the chocolate chunks and nuts. Scoop into prepared muffin pans. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Can also make a 9 by 13 inch cake pan which may take longer to bake
