Ingredients
Directions
1 cup Vinegar (you can use white or cider)1 tsp Salt0.25 cup Barbeque Sauce (your choice of brand/type)
Take about 4 pieces of meat and put into a baggie with the vinegar and salt. Marinade all night or all day in refrigerator.
Empty contents of the baggie into a skillet or sauce pan large enough to all meat pieces (sauce pan works better for hot dogs and brats). Boil for around 30 minutes, or until meat is cooked completely.
You can also grill the meat after marinating all day/night.
For an all-day cookout, you can empty the contents of the marinade baggie into a large cooker and keep on. The sauce will bubble, and the meat will literally fall apart!
Makes 4 servings.
