Ingredients
5 cup Blackeye Pea (dried beans dry measurement) 1 tbsp Salt 3 cup slices Plantains 0.5 cup Palm Oil 1 tbsp Habanero pepper jelly (by FORESTGHOUL) 50 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 serving Knorr Chicken Stock Cube (by NOME__) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 15 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.5 cup Garri - dry (by PAPANYENYE) 0.125 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Cook beans, water and onions using pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and steam for 10 more minutes.
