Ingredients
1 pkg Frontier Enchilada Soup Mix 6 cup Broth, Swanson Organic Chicken (by CARILLON) 1 cup Enchilada Sauce (Old El Paso) Green (by COOLBREEZE) 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked, shredded
Directions
In a 3 or 4 quart pot, bring 6 cups chicken broth to a simmer. Add contents of enchilada soup mix, one cup salsa Verde or green chili enchiladas sauce, and chicken. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Add shredded cheese and serve.
