spicy tuna sushi rolls

Ingredients
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 1 serving Sushi Nori, Raw Untoasted, 1 sheet 2 cup Sushi rice 0.5 cup Clover Leaf Flaked Tuna in water 0.25 cup, chopped Kale 2 tbsp Japanese mayo 3 tsp Chilli flakes 1 tsp Garlic
Directions
Cook sushi rice (see packaging for how to) In a small bowl Mix Japanese mayo, garlic and chilli then put aside On a sushi rolling mat place 1 sheet of nori Spread a handful of sushi rice once completely cool leaving 1 inch at the far end without rice Spread tuna in a line Spread spicy mayo you made earlier Cut 1/2 a cucumber length wise then place on top of tuna Tightly roll Optional: use tempura sauce to dip in ENJOY!!
