Mango Mousse

Mangoes, 6, peeled and cut upApple, peeled, cored and chopped, 1 largeOrange Juice, 2 cupsCorn Starch, 2 tbsp.1 Package of Sugar-free Gelatin, Any flavor (preferably without red or blue food coloring - something like Pineapple works great)
Put chopped mangoes and apple at the bottom of a glass baking tray.
On the stovetop, boil orange juice and sift in corn starch until thickened. Add one package of sugar-free Jell-o (don't use water - the OJ is a substitute for the water).
Pour gelatin mix on top of the chopped up fruit, and refrigerate according to instructions on the gelatin box.
