Ingredients
.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 serving GREEN PEPPERS .5 pepper (by CRAFTY626) 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1.2 cup Egg Creations Garden Vegetable (liquid egg Beater) 1/4 cup = 1 egg
Directions
chop vegetables and place in bottom of muffin tin

pour egg whites over vegtables

place in 350 degrees oven and bake for 18-20 minutes
