1.5 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.3 cup Coconut Flour (by BCANAS) .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Sliced Blacked Olives 2 oz mozza cheddar part skim shredded cheese (by BEAKYANNE) 1.5 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 0.5 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Spicy Tomato & Pesto
Melt cheeses. Add eggs and flour and knead. Roll out between two sheets of parchment paper. Bake 5 minutes. Pull out and poke with fork to release air bubbles. Bake another 5 minutes. Pull out. Top with ingredients - Mushrooms, onions, more mozza, black olives, onions, goat and/or feta cheese, etc.
