Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, ground turkey breast - Honeysuckle 99% fat free 1 serving Daves Killer Bread 21 Grain .5 serving 100 % Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread 35 Calorie (Fit & Active - Aldi) (by DCMANN) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) .5 tsp Poultry seasoning .125 tsp Black Pepper, ground (by MELISSA_X0) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, diced Celery, raw 8 tbsp Burman's Ketchup 1 tbsp White Corn Syrup (by DARLING23)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Ketchup and syrup in small bowl and set aside to use as glaze. Soak bread in milk. add egg and whisk until bread is saturated. Add onion, celery, seasonings. Whisk together. Add 1 lb ground turkey breast. Mix all together using hands, until bread mixture is well distributed. Form into two loaves. Spray PAM on aluminum foil lined 9X13 pan. Put loaves on pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread glaze over top of loaves. Bake additional 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool 5 minutes and slice.
