Pat’s Salsa Rice- white rice version

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 2 cup Salsa
Directions
Finely mince garlic , onion and jalapeño pepper
Heat EVOO over medium heat and add vegetables.
Sauté until vegetables are soft, set aside.
Cook rice according to instructions,.
When rice is done; add vegetables and salsa
Heat over low-medium heat until warmed through
Serve
