Blueberry Zucchini Bread

3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Canola Oil 3 tsp Vanilla Extract 2.25 cup Granulated Sugar 2 cup, mashed Zucchini 3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 2 cup Blueberries, fresh
Mix eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar. Mix in zucchini. Add dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Pour into 3 prepared loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes
