Holli's Slow Cooker Honey Sriracha Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup Chicken Broth 1/2 cup Honey 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar4 clove Garlic 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 1/4 cup Cornstarch 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce 4 Chicken Breast, no skin or bone 1/4 cup Sriracha Hot Sauce (1/2 Cup for a Spicier Version)
Directions
1. Grease your crockpot with cooking spray.
2. Whisk together sauce ingredients: broth, honey, Sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper.
3. Pour half the sauce into crockpot.
4. Place chicken into crockpot.
5. Pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken.
6. Place the lid on and cook on LOW for 3 hours.
7. After 3 hours, remove chicken from crockpot and set aside.
8. Slowly whisk the cornstarch into the sauce until well combined.
9. Cut the chicken into large chunks or shred and place back into crockpot.
10. Cook on HIGH, covered, for an additional hour

Serve with your choice of rice (or quinoa) and additional toppings like green onions and/or sesame seeds and enjoy!
