1 cup Brown Rice, long grain 8 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 cup Canned Tomatoes 32 tbsp Homemade Ketchup per tablespoon (by CHUCKLES0719) 16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 3 tbsp Fresh Basil1 tbsp Fresh Thyme3 tbsp Fresh OreganoSalt and Pepper to tast
Prepare and Wash Bell Peppers
Mix Brown Rice, Ground Chuck, Canned Tomatoes and Herbs (ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO MIX). Stuff peppers with mixture and pour homemade ketchup over top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. No need to cook any of the ingredients.
