2.5 cup Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Habaneros1.0 cup Beans, great northern16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean2.0 cup Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth4.0 cup Spinach, fresh3.0 serving Avacado (Whole)2.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)5.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tsp Cumin seed2.0 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)0.5 tbsp Chili powder2.0 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Brown meat with onion and drain. Put all ingredients in instant pot for 90 minutes. Enjoy.
