Ham and Potato Scallop Casserole

Ingredients
1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 1500 grams Potato, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Butter, salted 900 grams Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Microwave onions and butter.
In a saucepan Combine soup, sour cream, 1c of cheese reserving the rest, onions, and if you prefer 1tbsp dill, or fill pickle brine.
Combine ingredients in casserole dish, layering potato, ham, and sauce. Top with remaining cup of cheese.
Bake at 350 for 2 hours, checking after 60min for doneness. Depending on potato variety it may take the full 2h to cook.
