Blender Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup milk3/4 cup whole wheat, hard2 Tbsp sugar1/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder2 eggs1/4 cup ground flaxseed1/4 canola oil
Directions
Blend milk and whole wheat in blender for 4 minutes working from low to high. Add remaining ingredients to blender and mix. Bake on hot griddle like any other pancakes.

Makes 8 - 4 inch pancakes. Nutrition is for each pancake.
