Vegan Chili - Crock Pot/Slow Cooker

Ingredients
2 Packets - Boca Ground Burger, 2 packets1 Can - Dark Red Kidney Beans1 Can - Bush's Chili Beans (I use Medium Heat)2 Cans of canned tomatoes1/2 sm. chopped onion1 clove chopped garlic1 C. Collards (I freeze them and crumble them into the chili - greens that no one even notices!)1 tsp. ground cinnamon2 tsp. Dark Brown Sugar1 tsp. Ground Mustard1 T Chili powder, 1 tbsp 1 ts. Cayenne pepper1/4 C Quinoa (rinsed)
Directions
Add all ingredients to crock pot/slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 - 5 hrs. or on high for 3-4 hrs.
