2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 tbsp Honey 2 Cups Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)--1/2 C dry = 48g 1 tsp Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat fruits
- Mash bananas until purified
- Mix in the honey, Vanilla Extract and Cinnamon to the bananas
- Finally add the oats
- Once fully mixed, use a tablespoon to scoop the oat mixture to the muffin tray forming them into a cup shape
- Place in fridge for 1 hour then bake for 15 minutes at 350
