Honey Sriracha Tofu

Ingredients
1 block Tofu, firm 0.25 cup Honey 10 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 10 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 0.25 cup slices Water chestnuts 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Press water out of tofu and cut into 1 inch cubes. To get a firmer, more meaty texture, bake on parchment paper at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on how firm you want it to be).

Whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic in a medium sized bowl.

Warm sesame oil over medium-high heat, cook peppers until softened (5-7 minutes), stirring frequently, add water chestnuts, tofu, and sauce, stir until everything is well coated and sauce has thickened a bit, about 3-5 minutes. Add chopped green onion for garnish.

Serve over rice.
