Ingredients
Directions
2 medium Bananas, mashed1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- ground (in a blender works for me)2 large Eggs1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (not the kind with alcohol)1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Mix all ingredients together, let sit for a few minutes so the oats soak up the wet ingredients.
Pour onto a lightly greased skillet or griddle set to med/high heat. You will have to spread the batter out some because it's thick.
Cook until it starts to bubble and the pancake is set up on the sides, then flip. Cook a little while longer. Not too long or it will dry out.
Serving Size: About 7 4" pancakes
