1/2 chicken breast1 oz sliced mozzarella cheese3 Tbs of tomato basil bruchetta1 6" ciabbatta sub loaf
Bake or grill chicken breast. Slice ciabbata roll lengthwise. Placy chicken on bottom of loaf. Add mozzarella cheese on top of chicken. Spoon bruschetta over cheese and top with other half of loaf. Cut in two. Makes 2 servings.
