Easy Creamy Tuna and Shells

Ingredients
1 small onion1 clove garlic1 tbs EVOO2 cans tuna2 tbs unsalted butter2 tbs flour1 1/2 cups skim milk1 tbs mustard1/2 bag frozen mixed veggies1 cup green beansdill, salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg
Directions
Heat EVOO in pan. Boil water to cook noodles. Dice onion and garlic and add to EVOO, cook until soft. Add in cans of Tuna and combine; remove from pan. Add 2 tbs butter to pan and melt. Add 2 tbs of flour and cook for 30 sec - 1 min. Stir in skim milk and wait until mixture thickens. Add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg, dill and mustard and let simmer. Drain pasta. Add pasta, tuna mixture, and thawed veggies into sauce. Serve hot or cold.
