Ingredients
1.60 oz Rice Stick Noodles 2 oz/56g Banh Pho Khamphouk Chantaboon (by PROVERBS31JULIA) 6 tsp Huy Fong Foods Inc. - Chili Garlic Sauce (by SHIRTTALES) 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 large Hard Boiled Egg 0.5 cup Okami Edamame (Costco) (by DOKUBO) 3.75 oz House Medium Firm Tofu (by BUTAFREEME115)
Directions
Follow instructions for cooking the noodles
When done cooking, drain, and fill the same pot with water
Add in edamame, noodles, and tofu
Add in 3 teaspoons of the hot sauce and the garlic powder
When tofu and edamame are warm, transfer into a bowl
Peel the egg and cut in half
Garnish the bowl with the egg
