Peggy's Yellow Cake - Low Carb, No sugar

Ingredients
8 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter .5 cup Milk, SO Delicious Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving 12 serving Egg whole - medium per egg 24 tsp Erythritol, confectioners style - Swerve - 11/15 (by ALILDUCKLING) 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER) 16 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by NOBULL56) 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Blend together butter, coconut milk, eggs, erythritol, salt, and vanilla. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk into batter until there are no lumps. Pour batter into a greased round cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 C) for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool. Cover with the frosting of your choice. (I used cream cheese mixed with vanilla and 1/4 cup powdered erythritol, whipped together, for my frosting. )
