Oven Fried Flounder Filets

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs2/3 cup dry milk powder1/2 cup water2 t parsley flakes2 t. lemon pepper seasoning32 oz. flounder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spray a cookie sheet with butter flavored cooking spray.
Mix dry milk, water, parsley and lemon pepper in a pie plate
Put cornflake crumbs on a paper plate or waxed paper.
Dip fish, first in milk then in crumbs to coat.
Arrange fish on cookie sheet and spray tops with butter flavored cooking spray.
Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
