Crustless Beef Fritatta

Ingredients
16 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef Patty - (1) 4 oz.uncooked 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
Directions
Brown the beef in olive oil and drain the oil. Mix the eggs, cream, scallions and mushrooms. Salt to taste. Combine all ingredients and pour into a previously buttered 9 inch (I think. Just use a regular size pie dish) pie dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 350F. Serving Size: 8 wedges
