Ingredients
I am writting the brands I used so you will know where my calculations came from.2 C Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Pasta8 oz Velveeta cheese made with 2% milk2T Country Crock Light spread1/3 C skim milk
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain off water
Add butter, milk, and cheese and mix until butter and cheese are melted.
The cheese will melt faster if you cube it before you add it to the pasta.
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
