Ingredients
2 cup Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (by WHOLY_FIT_48) 3 tbsp Honey 0.25 cup Butter, salted 0.25 cup Coconut Oil 0.5 tsp Salt 4 tsp Baking Powder 0.8 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients. Add coconut oil and butter, mixing with the dry ingredients until they form small crumbs. Add milk and honey, mixing to combine. Drop onto tray golf ball sized balls, should make 20. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
