Beef Stroganoff Light

Ingredients
24 oz London Broil Steak 1 serving PAM - Olive Oil Cooking Spray (0.4 sec spray) (by DAWNSPILMAN) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 clove Garlic 280 grams Mushrooms, fresh 1.25 cup Campbell's Tomato Soup 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 grams Bay Leaf 2 tsp Worcestersire sauce, Heinz (by BACORONA) 10.5 tbsp Knudsen Light Sour Cream
Directions
In a heavy saucepan, heat pan over high heat. When pan is hit, spray with oil and add steak. Brown meat until cooked. Remove meat from pan. Lower heat, melt butter, then add onions. Cok about 2-3 minutes until translucent, add garlic and mushrooms and saute about 2-3 minutes more until cooked. Add a can of tomato soup, steak, water, bay leaf and worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low about 40 minutes. Remove Bay leaf and mix in sour cream. Serve over noodles, rice or spaghetti squash
