Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
4 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp Thyme, fresh Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Put the oil aside and combine all other ingredients. You can rub the thyme for a subtle thyme flavor or chop it if you like it a little grassier. Whisk the ingredients, then slowly pour half a cup (8 Tbsp) of the oil into the dressing. When I say slowly, I mean you should whisk and drizzle for like two minutes until you've used all the oil. Pour over a dinner salad.
