Ingredients
1362 gram(s) (3 lbs) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 1 cup, minced Onions, raw 200 gram(s) (2 cups) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp spicy pepper medley (by BLUESENOUGH) 4 cup, shredded Zucchini - salt liberally, let sit 10 mins and then remove the moisture by wrapping in cloth and rolling and squeezing until dry
Directions
Mix all ingredients, form patties. Will bake or fry well, but recommend freezing and grilling on greased tinfoil if using BBQ
