Krissy's French Onion Soup

Ingredients
2 Large raw onions2 garlic cloves1 can of chicken broth (low fat if possible)4 cups of water1 tsp soy sauce2 tsp bay leafs1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Chop the onions into thin rings

Crush the garlic

Fry the onions and garlic untill they are brown

Add the chicken stock bring to the boil

Add the soy sauce and stir well

Add the water (boiling)

Add the bay leafs & pepper

Put the lid on and leave to simmer for around 30mins

The longer you leave it to simmer the better it tastes you may want to add a stock cube all depending on your taste!

Serve with french bread!
