Ingredients
4.25 cup Lentils 8 oz Ground beef, lean 3 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Thyme, ground 2 tsp Cumin seed 1 dash Pepper, black .75 tbsp Cilantro, dried 4 cup Swanson Unsalted Beef Cooking Stock (by JBUUTY1)
Directions
Assemble all ingredients into Instant Pot--slicing onion and mincing garlic. Break ground beef up into pieces.
