Almond Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cup Almond Meal/Flour4 Large Eggs 1/4 cup Canola Oil 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 3-4 packets Stevia 1/2 cup Water
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a blender or mixer. Let sit for about 15 minutes.

Pour onto hot griddle or pan over medium heat. Flip when edges dry and bubbles have formed on top.
