Pulled Pork Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
10 ounces pulled pork (or pork roast, shredded)3 large green, red, or yellow bell peppers1 bag boil in bag brown rice, cooked and drained1/2 small onion, chopped2 Tbls Kraft BBQ Sauce1/4 cup tomato sauce2 Tbls salsa1 clove finely chopped garlic2 tsp black pepperPam or other cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut bell peppers in half, scoop out stems, seeds and veins to make little boats. Mix together all other ingredients in medium sized mixing bowl. Stuff pepper halves generously and place on sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until browning on the top. Serves 6!
