Homemade egg noodles

Ingredients
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Pepper, black
Directions
Mix eggs together with salt and pepper to taste
Add flour gradually and mix until you have a big dough ball
Sprinkle table or large surface generously with flour
Knead dough until thouroughly mixed
With rolling pin...flatten dough until paper thin
Cut flat dough into quarters and roll into logs from the inside out
Cut logs into noodles and open rolls so as to allow to dry
Fix Broth for noodles according to meat used...and add noodles slowly as to avoid clumping.
Cook to desired consistency.
Add desired meat and cook until done.
