2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 4 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 4 oz Walnuts 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 dash Salt
Directions
Add in jar, let oats sit over night, ready to eat warm or cold.
