Billie's homemade kefir fruit shaker smoothie

Ingredients
0.75 cup homemade kefir 2%0.75 cup Dole Frozen Fruit (Sliced Strawberries, Pineapples, Peaches, and Mango)0.5 cup Orange Juice
Directions
I blend up a big batch of homemade kefir with frozen fruit, then pour it onto a cookie sheet to freeze for a few hours. Then I cut it up into small cubes and add about about 1 1/2 cup of the cubes to a shaker bottle and put in the freezer. When I'm ready for a smoothie, I add about a half cup of juice to the shaker bottle and shake until the kefir mix melts into it. Yummy! (All these amounts are estimated, I may measure it for accuracy at a later date.)
