Yellow squash bread

1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.75 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 cup Squash - Yellow, shredded1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground4.0 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce0.25 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 70 min. Let cool and slice.
