Ingredients
8.0 cup, chopped Kale0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)8.0 half Apricots, dried3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw0.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw0.25 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt0.33 cup Lemon Juice5.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil5.0 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)35.0 Grams Garlic
Directions
Combine lemon juice, evoo, garlic, and nutritional yeast in blender. Chop scallions and apricots into pieces. Mix all remaining ingredients together and dress salad as desired.

Serving Size: Makes a large batch which can be portioned out into 2 cup servings for lunches
