Farro and greens

Ingredients
4 serving Bob's Red Mill Organic Farro 4 cup, sliced Zucchini 4 cup Spinach, fresh 4 cup, chopped Kale 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
cook onions and mushrooms in skillet
bake zucchini at 350 for 15 minutes
cook faro in stock
add spinach and kale to onion and mushroom mix to cook
mix all together
