Slow Cooker Lean Beaf & Bean Chili

Ingredients
19.5 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 3.5 serving Lucky's All Natural Black Beans (1 can, drained)3.5 serving Hunts 100% Natural Petite Diced Tomatoes (1 can)0.5 large Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 0.5 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 2 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) 0.25 cup Tomato Paste 3 serving Goya Red Kidney Beans in Sauce (1 can, include the sauce)0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tsp Paprika (or Smoked Paprika)2 tbsp Onion powder 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Saute approx 1.25 lbs of 93% lean ground beef in pan on medium high. Add 1/2 of all spices listed to beef. Once the beef is browned, lower heat to medium and add chopped red bell pepper and onion. Saute until soft. Lower the heat a little bit, and add 3 cloves of chopped garlic. Saute about a minute until garlic becomes fragrant. Stir everything until all incorporated and ground beef is a little more browned and crispy in parts.

While ground beef is browning, add diced tomatoes, black beans and kidney beans to slow cooker. Add the other 1/2 of all of the dried spices (or more to taste). Add salt to taste, but that will increase the sodium amount listed in nutrition facts. Add browned ground beef mixture, tomato paste and 1/2 cup of water to slow cooker and mix. Cook on low for 8 hours.
