Keto Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef25 grams mozzarella cheese (whole milk)1 tsp Garlic powder1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp black pepper 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form 16 equal sized meatballs and place at least an inch or two apart on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes depending on your desired doneness and make sure you flip the meatballs every 10 minutes.
