7.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Butter, unsalted0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Baking Powder8.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil, Better Body Foods Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil0.16 tbsp xanthum Gum
**Heat oven to 350°. Line bread tin with parchment paper**
1) Melt butter. Add Coconut Oil. Let cool.
2) Separate eggs. Whip whites until there are stiff peaks. Combine yolks with cooled butter & oil.
3) Mix dry ingredients together.
4) Add butter mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well.
5) Fold in egg whites gently.
6) Pour into prepared bread tin.
7) Bake @ 350° for 45 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 slice, Makes 16 slices
