Peppery Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb. ground sirloin1 packet taco mix (I used Bi-Lo brand)1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped1/3 cup onion, chopped8 taco shells, heated8 Tblsp tomatoes, chopped8 Tblsp low-fat cheddar cheese, chopped
Directions
Prepare ground sirloin and taco mix according to packet directions. After reducing heat add peppers and onions; simmer for 15 minutes. Then add filling to taco shells; top with cheese and tomatoes. Can also add shredded lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
